Health Improvement Practitioner
The Mātanga Whai Ora is a registered Practitioner who works within a General Practice setting and in the community to support individuals and whānau who are experiencing challenges that are impacting on their health and wellbeing.
Mātanga Whai Ora offer FREE 20-30 minute sessions to help you discuss, work through, and develop a Wellness Plan to get your wellbeing back on track.

Throughout Te Kete Hauora o Rangitāne, We have a variety of rōpū open for anyone to join, offering opportunities to connect, learn, and grow together.


All services are free of charge
All services are free of charge and are offered to the whole of the Tamaki nui-ā-Rua rohe. Te Kete Hauora o Rangitāne operates within a Kaupapa Māori framework that encompasses a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. The services are unique, not exclusive. We welcome anyone and everyone who would like to use any of our services.
Te Ara Whanau Ora (TAWO) is the pathway we use to walk alongside whānau to realise their moemoea.
