Ngā Tau e Waru Meeting House at Te Oreore Marae, Masterton. Taken during the official pōwhiri for the
Waitangi Tribunal Members prior to the commencement of the hearings in 2003.
We have all become accustomed to seeing these monster windmills that line the Te Āpiti sky-line. However, to appreciate
their true size - you really have to go up there and stand under one! There is a public viewing area provided on the
Summit Road and is definitely worth a visit.
